1. Why does Mission3-D have an
Exclusive Country Agent
After over $2.5 Million spent and Six years on extensive research and development to perfect Photo3-D® Printing and Photo3-D Digital Sculpting™, Mission3-D™ became the global leader in providing high-end 3-D Photography and Digital Sculpting™ Photo3-D services for both the Elite-Brand of Photo3-D® and the Economic Commercial Brand of 3-DPiX.

Mission3-D’s advanced technology is exciting and has won major global awards, but selling this technology requires proper methods and training, plus to safeguard the quality of the brand and expand the Mission3-D service offering worldwide, Mission3-D found it best to create an exclusive country agent program.

Such a program insures quality control, proper market education and infiltration, and provides for better global support. Plus, with new technologies the agent is likely to make a substantial investment to bring the Mission3-D products and services to market,

2. What is required to become a
Country Agent?
The ideal Country Agent Candidate is a company with an entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to excellence. The Candidate should be capable of reaching out directly or indirectly to Potential Clients, Advertising Agencies, Creative and Graphic Design agencies, Media Agencies, Tourism Boards and Associations, Educational Institutions, and Professional Photographers.

The Candidate will be asked to provide a complete company profile with references and must work with high standards of business ethics. Each country will be assigned a yearly minimum sales budget based on the country’s studied per-capita GDP figures and the overall purchasing ability.

To become an agent each candidate, on signing of contract, is required to pay10% of the yearly budget in return for exclusivity, this amount is refundable for up to 100%. The pre-paid fee is insurance to Mission3-D that the country agent will not shelve the products and encourage them to become a better partner.

3. How does the Country Agent
make money?
Like any agent, a Mission3-D Country Agent is expected to add value to the overall service that Mission3-D provides, a Country Agent better understands the market and playing field, and speaks the local language.

In a country where Mission3-D does not have a Country Agent representative, when a client directly approaches Mission3-D requesting a custom job, Mission3-D performs extensive account management and is forced to deal directly with all the issues including education, for such services Mission3-D charges $X+30% as the total amount for any specific job.

When an independent agent approaches Mission3-D instead of the Client Directly, such as an advertising agency, Mission3-D then charges $X+15% and allows the Agency to add their own surcharges.  But when an Exclusive Country Agent exists, all work from such country is then funneled directly to the Country Agent and Mission3-D charges the Country Agent $X and allows the Country Agent to add whatever they feel necessary within their respective markets.

10. Can you do business with
Mission3-D without being a
Country Agent?

Anyone from a country without a Country Agent may contact Mission3-D to do business with directly.  But without proper training and the exclusive country agent status, the client or independent agent is not allowed to represent Mission3-D and will not benefit from all the privileges of the Country Agent. The independent agent simply only represents themselves.

11. What is the designated sales  quota for my Country of Preference?   Each country has a uniquely designated yearly sales quota, please contact sam@mission3-dgroup.com to learn about the designated sales quota for your country.
12. Once I become a Country Agent,
am I allowed to create a company
using the name Mission3-D?

Mission3-D is a global trade mark of Mission3-D Holding.    Mission3-D’s policy does not allow the use of Mission3-D to be named as the legal entity.  However, once the Country Agent becomes certified, we allow them to use Mission3-D as a DBA (Doing Business As) next to their legal entity as the secondary name.
For example, assuming that your legal company name is Polaris, then you may use Polaris Mission3-D as a DBA as long as you continue to be a certified country agent with Mission3-D.  This avoids the legal hassles associated with discontinuing the service in case the Country Agent no longer is an Agent of Mission3-D.
